One more ill effect of cigarette smoking includes cases of paralysis of both hands and feet as when a person smokes the amount of oxygen traveling in the body reduces.

One of the most prominent health effects of smoking cigarettes is that it can cause different types of cancers such as lung, throat, bladder and stomach. It has been found that smokers have 10 percent more chances of having lung cancer as compared to non-smokers. Women who smoke passively face severe complications in fertility that might result in the impairment of the child’s growth and overall development. Lastly, two another health effects of smoking cigarettes are bad breath and bad skin. It can be said that now it is high time that we all realize the ill effects of smoking and stop smoking.
